How to Give

Texas A&M Former Students and friends of the Aggie BSM have always been strong financial supporters of the ministry on campus through the BSM. This support is sincerely and greatly appreciated as it provides for ministry that would otherwise not be possible. In fact, a substantial portion of our ministry expenses, including all financial support for our interns, is given by individuals.

MARCH TO A MILLION CAMPAIGN

Mike Graham Ministry Fund


Please join our March to a Million Campaign to complete former Aggie BSM Director (1980-1995), Mike Graham's vision to have an Aggie BSM Endowment directed by alumni to support Aggie BSM ministries. Our campaign goal is to raise $250,000 to reach our $1,000,000 endowment goal.

The 'Mike Graham Ministries Fund' was started in 1990 and has provided vital operating support to the Aggie BSM, including more than $500,000 of distributions since 2000 to supplement the Aggie BSM's operating expenses, weekly ministries, and staffing. 


Mike Graham said, "You can never out-give God."  Know that your gifts will be used to share the Gospel and change lives for eternity.  These giving levels will be recognized when we complete the March to a Million Campaign

  • Aggie Maroon Donors: $5,000 and above
  • Aggie White Donors: $1000 - $4,999
  • 12th Man donors: $100 - $999

AGGIE BSM NEXT CENTURY ENDOWMENTS

In 2020, we celebrated the 100th Anniversary of the Aggie BSM, which is an incredible blessing and testament to the faithfulness of generations of Aggie BSM alumni and supporters. As part of our commemoration we launched an endowment campaign to prepare for the Next 100 years of Aggie BSM ministry. 


Aggie BSM alumni generously donated $1.5 million to help endow ministries for the next century. Thank you and know that your collective generosity will change lives for eternity. 


Income from these endowments will help expand BSM ministry and staff at Texas A&M and its sub-campuses in Brazos and Wharton counties, including Blinn College, RELLIS, Medical and Vet School and Prairie View A&M. This group of campuses includes almost 100,000 students.

  • Cliff Harris Memorial Fund - This fund honors former director, Cliff Harris.  Since 2001, this fund covers has helped cover expenses associated with operating and maintaining the Aggie Baptist Student Center in Northgate. 
  • Aggie BSM Next Century General Fund - This fund is used to expand BSM ministry and staff at Texas A&M and its sub-campuses in Brazos and Wharton Counties (Blinn College, RELLIS, Medical and Vet School and Prairie View A&M).

QUALIFIED CHARITABLE DISTRIBUTION


To support the Aggie BSM with a 'Qualified Charitable Distribution' directly from your IRA (individual retirement account), the IRA custodian can send a check distribution from your IRA, payable to 'Baptist Student Ministry,'  with 'Graham Fund' or fund of your choice in the memo line, and mail to the address below.

IRA owners may elect to distribute money directly from an IRA to a charitable organization. This is known as a QCD (qualified charitable distribution). A QCD paid directly to the charity is not taxable (and the contribution is not deductible). Making a QCD may also meet the annual RMD (required minimum distribution) requirement.
